Terms & Conditions for AMC

  1. To assist LOGIC in maintaining the quality service to the customers, the customer must comply with all relevant legislations and regulations..

  2. The customer must not use the service for any improper, immoral or unlawful purposes.

  3. The customer will inform LOGIC of any change in his address or any other material related to our product from time to time.

  4. The company holds the right to suspend/terminate the services in a case of non-payment of the due payment by the due date. Although no notice is mandatory.

  5. Every effort is made to adhere to the delivery schedule, but it may be delayed in the circumstances beyond our control.

  6. LOGIC will not be liable to the customer for any loss of business, profit, revenue or goodwill, anticipated saving, use or contract or for any indirect or consequential loss however it arises.

  7. The security or privacy of data in terms of software however it is made secured by many terms but is not guaranteed.

  8. LOGIC can terminate this agreement at any time with or without assigning any reason and without any prior notice in case of breach of any of the terms by the customer and in all other cases by giving reasonable notice as LOGIC deems fit. Customer can terminate this agreement by giving at least 30 days prior notice to LOGIC.

  9. The customer hereby agrees to indemnify and hold LOGIC harmless against any claim or libel, slander, infringement or violation of copyright from use of services by the customer or by anyone else using the customer equipment.

  10. LOGIC will not provide any guaranty for any hardware part of computer; customer’s hardware vender or service provider will only compensate this.

  11. Apparatus will be handled by customers risk. Any damage to the customer’s apparatus by our product or not by our product will not be comes under into LOGIC guaranty or warranty terms.

  12. LOGIC will not provide the facility to convert data from one format to another format and no responsibility will be taken by LOGIC for any kind of data backup, in case of software provided.

  13. The software prepared by the firm is the sole property of the LOGIC and cannot be reproduced or installed on any other machine without the written permission of the LOGIC. If so done all the warranty and services will be terminated. And steps might be taken under the copyright act.

  14. The up gradation of software provided only by LOGIC will be free for the period of one year from the date of installation, but an amount will be charged if customer demands for addition in any part of software.

  15. After this agreement the customer can request for changes within seven days from the date of signing, not after that.

  16. LOGIC will have the option to vary, alter or amend any term and condition forming part of this agreement without any prior notice.

  17. The customer/parties have fully read /have been explained in vernacular, verbatim the contents of this agreement and understood the contents thereof and have signed it in token of its consent, with the clear understanding that it is a valid and binding document on both parties and can be enforced by them in accordance with law.

  18. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jalandhar alone, to the ouster of any court having jurisdiction in the matter.
